HOW TO CREATE A VISION?

Earlier today I spoke at my Toastmasters Club 9434 about "Vision". I reminded everyone that; Every few months you need to spend a few minutes to think about your 4 life's goals as follow:
1. Your health 
2. Your wealth 
3. Your social self
4. Your personal enrichment
By creating this Vision, you create a destination! The vision will help you make the right decisions that will dictate your actions to achieve all your goals. And believe me, you'll be amaze how close you'll get to your vision. In fact don't be surprise if you get exactly what you want, it happened to me.
Today I'll share with you the 3 simple steps to create a successful vision:

1. Pick a time frame:This could be 1, 5, or 10 years, but my recommendation is 5 years. While this allow you to think BIG but at the same time it won't be too abstracted. 

2. Write your first draft (Use the questions below in #3).
Make sure you write it from the future, for example:

• It’s now August 15th 2015. I am at my business convention in Greensboro, North Carolina next to a team of 200 people. I am so happy because, they’re not just my business partners, but I considered these amazing individuals my second family. I also get to speak in front of 25 thousand entrepreneurs. Wow! What an amazing feeling.
• I have finally achieved my financial goal, but most importantly I met and helped hundred others achieved their goals & dreams as well. I have the health I want, the money I need to make better choices, and the things I’ve learned. I have become a person I always wanted. Confidence, Humble, Caring, Honest with Dignity.
• It’s an amazing feeling now that I’ve achieved the most important things in life money can’t buy…My health, time freedom, my friendships, and my awesome family and kids.

3. Get feedback, re-write and share your vision (measure, monitor, adjust)
Find and spend more time with the people who you like, love & trust, and share your vision with them. These are the questions you want to address involving these 3 things your business, your family, your health. Questions such as
Q: How do you feel about your business, family and health?
Q: What are the 3 most important thing in your business, family and health?
Q: What kind of people will you need to connect with? (what network you need to build?)
Q: What are every tasks that go about improving your business, family and health?
Q: What do people in your community say about your business, family and health?
And finally, what really makes you happy in life?

Now that you have written down all your answers to what you want in life with a vision 5 years from now, Business, Family, Health. Make sure you write it in the future as you already achieved it. You’ll soon going to have a powerful statement that’s going to guide you to more success in the next 5 years than you’ve had the past 25 years.

HOW TO IDENTIFY GREAT PROSPECTS?

Most network marketers having such a hard time identify their targeted market, so they don’t know where to go, or who to look for. Not anymore…

When I first started my online business a few years ago, prospecting was one of my biggest challenges. I tried to put together a name list as suggested but I didn’t know where to find prospects, and the types of prospects I am looking for. Because, my business offering more than one products and services, that anyone could benefit from. This can be both good and bad.

Recently, I found a business coach and one of the trainings he taught me was, how to identify great prospects, and look for quality prospects who you truly want to doing business with. Today, I know exactly who I am looking for, and where I can find them. Below are the 3 straits you want to identify when you look for when you out there prospecting.

 

1. Positive attitude: Most successful people are those who are very positive, happy, self motivated, success driven, ambitious, helpful, with open minded.

2. Coachable: Besides being successful with a positive attitude, he/she has to be coachable. If network marketing is something totally new to him/her, it’s like you introduce them to a brand new sport where they don’t know all the rules, and how to play. A person who is coachable if trained in a short period of time can achieve success.

3. Hungry: This person still not satisfied and looking for more. Successful people never settle and will do whatever it takes to get to the next level.

OLD FRIENDS RECONNECTED!

I met Phil at his Digital Pro Lab as a customer, and we became friends since. My photography business took on a different approach and I have not been using photo labs.

In this short video, I talked about the different between having a Lanier income and passive ongoing income by using the analogy of having a conventional business or having a high paying career versa being a network marketer professional, where if you own a business or work as a high paying job, you always have to be there for your income to keep coming in, where as if you start investing your time and create an ongoing income through online marketing, or direct sales, and eventually once you reached a certain level of income you desired, you can literally take it easy and enjoy your time with your family, travel, doing charity work, or anything you want to do with your own time. THE BEST BUSINESS PARTNERS ARE...

Dear network marketers,

To save your energy, time, effort, headaches, and frustration while on your way to build a successful Internet business. I am sharing with you the following 3 types of business partners that you may already encountered.

1.     The Waiting: This group of people joined you with enthusiasm, they excited and you thought they were going to crush it and build the next big thing. But as soon as they joined, they are quickly disappearing and you barely hear from them. Be aware and don’t spend your time chasing them, it’s only slowed you down. Love them and send them information on a monthly basic.

2.     The Stable: These people joined you with great intention with all the right reasons. But only do just enough to stay in the game. They meet all the requirements, attend some of the trainings, use some products, and share some with people they know. They’re not motivated enough and basically have one foot in and one foot out. Your job is to inform them when there are new products coming out, company’s news and updates, and give them ticket to attend local, regional business trainings or events. Some of them eventually will join you and build business with you, but don’t push them too much.

3.     The GO NOW: There are about 20% of the people who join with you belong in this group. These are hungry go-getters. They dive deep and are willing to whatever it takes to overcome fear, and obstacles to reach to their goals. They want success for themselves and understand that by helping other people, it will end up helping them get to their dreams. Your job is to spend the majority of your time with them. Take them to all business trainings, attend local events, and help them get what they want. Your business success depends greatly on this group of people, so invest your time wisely. Do whatever it takes to be with them and enjoy the journey together.

WHO DO YOU WANT TO BECOME?

Did you know? There are 5 groups of people, which group do you find yourself in? which group do you want to become? 

Group #1 

No time & No money: These are the people who working so hard at minimum wage jobs to pay their bills, and provide just enough for the family. They working themselves to death and barely getting ahead, you do not want to be here too long.

Group #2

Have time, but no money: These are the people who are currently unemployed, they're sitting tight next to the phone hoping someone will call them back. They have all the time one can have, but no money. 

Group #3

Have money, but no time: These are doctors, lawyers, engineers, small business owners, etc...They making some good money, with beautiful homes, stayed home spouse with young children, expensive toys, expensive vacations, but they can never walk away from their job.

Group #4

Have both time and money: This small group of people are the people who are own big company, or investors, successful athletics, famous artists, who literally can afford everything money can buy. This is the very reason we all getting up in the morning and coming home late at night in hope of one day to become financially free, and travel the world with the family and loved ones. There are only 5% who belong to this group. Unfortunately, we're not there yet.

Group #5

This is the group of people who are not satisfied with their current situation. They are not happy where they are despite working so hard long enough, but still finding themselves in the rut. These are the people who want more money, more time, more health, and staying younger so they can enjoy every moment there is the rest of their life. ANYTHING WORTH HAVING TAKES TIME...

Sitting by the pool this evening watching over my kids swimming reminded me about them about 3, 4 years ago when my little one was about 3, 4 year old. None of my 4 kids at the time knew how to swim, and was terrified when Kim and I brought them to the pool the very first time. I remember that very first summer, we took the kids and went swimming almost everyday and quickly our kids learned how to swim and absolutely love it.


Today, we taking them to the pool and they are like ducks floating on the water at ease. It's just amazing how we can learn so fast if we put some time, effort, and consistency, we can learn almost anything.

WHAT EASIER, SAVING OR EARNING?

Today during lunch, my wife Kim told me 5+million dollars earns her company a little over a thousand dollars each month. How much money do you think you need sitting in the bank so that you can be able a live a comfortably lifestyle the rest of you time earning interest? Millions…

A few years ago, I hate to have to discuss or listen to anyone mentioning about this subject. It's not because I don't like to work for money, nor having a lot of them and don't need to know more about it, but it was more about me not having enough money and, more importantly, I was behind on debt with all my credit cards maxed out, and some more. 

Back then, I rather tried to avoid to deal with it as much as possible. My creditors called me many times per day and I tried to ignore them. I even avoid to go to the mail box for as long as I could because my mail box is full of mails from my debt collectors. One day, I realized running from a problem will not make it disappear on it own, especially debt, a lot of debt, so I decided to take care of my problem instead keep running away from it. 

Recently, I attended a business training and learned something very interesting and most valuable lesson about money, and what it takes to make some substantial ongoing income leveraging the Internet I thought you maybe interest. I also learned some very powerful information, but very basic concept on how much one can earn by having money working for them. The problem however, you must have a lot of money up front to be able for this idea to work.

Basically, on a 5% interest in return, for you to earn $200 per/month you must have at least $48,000 in your saving account. Do you know how much interest your bank is paying you currently? Not very much, in fact less than 5%

Question: In your most humble and honest opinion what do you think would be easier to do?

I was at the right place at the right time, this thank to Freya Pruitt, editor in chief  of TTW Magazine.
Freya have dedicated her magazine to encouraging, inspiring, and honoring artistic gifting. Music is her passion of the soul and can reach across all boundaries to produce a positive change in the world.

There were lots of music from different live bands, lots of food and beverages as well as snacks. The event was unfolded for 3 days at Crockett Park, on Main street downtown San Antonio City.
