5 WAYS TO LOOK & FEEL YOUNGER

1. EXERCISE
Just 10 minutes of activity every day can boost energy levels.

2. REST
Sleep is important. Be sure to get at least six hours every night; eight is even better.

3. GET SOCIAL
Spending time with others stimulates the brain and encourages an active lifestyle (and we know how important that is).

4. SUPPLEMENT
Metabolism slows as age increases, so providing extra nutrients and free radical fighters is essential.

5. MEDITATE
Taking personal time can help recharge the brain and energize the spirit.
